Erklärung der Einstufung
Die Nährwerte aller Lebensmittel sind Durchschnittswerte pro 100g. Nährwerte von verschiedenen Herstellern können variieren. Die letzte Spalte der Tabelle spricht eine Low-Carb Empfehlung bzw. gute, grenzwertige oder schlechte Eignung für eine Low-Carb Ernährung aus. Die Empfehlung ist automatisch auf Basis des Wertes der Kohlenhydrate auf die 100g-Menge des Lebensmittels berechnet. Ausgewählte Lebensmittel (zum Beispiel Gewürze) wurden per Hand angepasst. Bei falschen und unpassenden Empfehlungen und Angaben freue ich mich, wenn ihr mir kurz an lebensmittel@essen-ohne-kohlenhydrate.info schreibt.
